Directions: From Denison (or the intersection of US 75) take FM 120 west to Pottsboro. Proceed through Pottsboro and follow FM 120 (formerly FM 996) northwest to Cook's Corner Road. Turn left on Locust Road. At the 4-way stop at Locust, turn north (right) on Mill Creek Rd. Follow signs to Mill Creek Resort. - Sanford Aquatics Center with a 160,000-gallon, one-of-a-kind swimming pool. Featuring a beach front entrance, this pool offers water challenges to campers on the two 1-meter diving boards, two aqua jet systems, and 141-foot-long, 16-foot-high water slide.
Summer Camp: Programs include merit badge classes, rifle, shotgun and archery programs, and instruction in sailing, canoeing, rowing and motor boating on Lake Texoma.
Webelos Resident Camp: Start the adventure of summer camp with your Webelos Scout son at James Ray Scout Reservation. Webelos Camp is offered during the weeks of June 13 through June 30, 2010 (5 different sessions) on beautiful Lake Texoma.
NYLT - National Youth Leadership Training (Golden Acorn): NYLT is an intense, 5½ day, outdoor leadership training experience for youth troop leaders. The course goal is prepare young men to become superior leaders in their troop, their district and other organizations they belong to now and in the future.
